PEPTAS reviews laboratory research requests that go beyond a standard catalog order. Every project is subject to feasibility, purchaser eligibility, destination controls, written specifications, availability, and agreed commercial terms.

Custom project inquiries
Material and specification review
Qualified organizations may ask PEPTAS to review a custom peptide or protein requirement. A useful initial request identifies the material, sequence or reference information where applicable, quantity, target specification, preferred format, documentation needs, destination, and expected timeframe.
An inquiry is not an acceptance, production commitment, or guarantee of feasibility. PEPTAS will confirm what can be offered, the assumptions used, any minimum quantity, applicable tolerances, expected documents, estimated timing, price, and payment terms in writing. The accepted quotation or order confirmation controls if it differs from general website content.

Analytical information
Documentation coordination
For an applicable product or project, PEPTAS can confirm which specifications, analytical records, certificates, or related documents are available. The scope varies. No document should be assumed to exist until it is identified in writing for the relevant item, batch, or quotation.
Testing terminology and reported results apply only to the sample, method, conditions, and acceptance criteria stated in the record. They do not certify fitness for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, food, cosmetic, veterinary, or other unapproved use. The purchasing organization remains responsible for independent incoming checks, method validation, and protocol suitability.
Volume and continuity
Larger-volume and recurring requirements
PEPTAS accepts inquiries for larger quantities or recurring research supply. Review may include expected order frequency, forecast volume, packaging preference, documentation, destination, lead time, storage expectations, and permitted delivery method.
Forecasts are planning information and do not reserve capacity or inventory unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Lead times are estimates until confirmed. Availability may change because of material supply, quality review, shipping constraints, regulatory controls, sanctions screening, customs events, force majeure, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Commercial process
From inquiry to accepted order
- Initial review: PEPTAS checks whether the request contains enough information for a meaningful response.
- Clarification: Additional technical, purchaser, destination, or documentation information may be requested.
- Written proposal: If feasible, PEPTAS identifies the proposed scope, price, payment terms, estimated timing, delivery basis, and available documents.
- Purchaser confirmation: The purchaser reviews specifications, responsibilities, restrictions, and applicable policies before acceptance.
- Order handling: Work proceeds only after the stated acceptance and payment conditions are satisfied.
PEPTAS may decline a request where the intended use, customer eligibility, destination, documentation, safety, payment, sanctions, export, import, or other compliance circumstances are not satisfactory.
