How PEPTAS is structured
PEPTAS commissions peptide synthesis from a contracted production facility to the specification stated in each accepted order and supplies the resulting material as the contracting seller under its own quotation, invoice and terms. PEPTAS is the contracting supplier. The accepted order states the material or sequence, target purity, quantity, format and applicable commercial terms. The research-use conditions and labelling requirements travel with that order and remain part of the agreed supply.
Synthesis, analytical testing and batch release are carried out by the production facility under contract. PEPTAS specifies each order, receives the release documentation and supplies under its own name and terms.
The identity of the production facility is commercially confidential and is not published. Diligence questions from an institutional purchaser are answered in correspondence, under a non-disclosure agreement where appropriate.
This structure keeps the contracting relationship, the accepted order and the applicable terms identifiable without publishing commercially confidential production information.
How an order is placed
Every material, made to order or sourced to specification, is supplied under a written quotation. Each complete request is reviewed before a quotation is issued. The site takes no payment; the whole route is set out on the Request a quotation page.
Why a quotation, and not a price.
PEPTAS quotes every order in writing. What a material costs depends on the quantity, the pack format, the documentation you need and where it is going, and each complete request is reviewed before a quotation is issued. Tell us the material and the quantity, and after review PEPTAS may issue a written quotation covering price, availability, documentation and delivery basis, request further information or decline the request. If something is missing we ask before we quote.
The contact named in the quotation
The written quotation identifies the contact for order and documentation correspondence. Documentation requests are handled by the contact named in the quotation.
That contact provides a consistent route for order, company and documentation correspondence. The relevant written communication identifies the role, so that procurement and laboratory teams know where to direct follow-up.
Company records
PEPTAS publishes the operator’s legal name, Business Registration Number, registered office, registered trade mark number and classes, business hours, research-supply scope and written-quotation route. These details provide a stable identity reference for procurement, finance, laboratory and correspondence records.
Certain official records contain personal or security-sensitive information and are not published.
Requests for company information needed for institutional diligence are handled in correspondence. The public information on this page remains the primary company reference unless a written communication identifies an additional record for a specific diligence purpose.
Who we supply
PEPTAS supplies laboratory, research, educational, analytical and industrial organizations in permitted destinations. The requesting organization, the receiving organization, the material, the quantity, the destination and the laboratory context are identified in the request. A destination is considered in relation to the material presented in that request and is not inferred from a general territory statement.
Each written quotation applies to the organization and the requirement it identifies. Recurring requirements and material sourced to specification remain within the same request-review route.
Request review, declined categories and third-party rights

Each complete request is reviewed before a quotation is issued. For custom synthesis, technical feasibility is confirmed through the contracted production facility before PEPTAS issues a quotation. PEPTAS separately reviews whether the request is consistent with its laboratory-research supply scope.
What we decline.
PEPTAS supplies laboratory research materials only, and declines requests where the material, quantity, destination, end user or stated use is inconsistent with that scope — including requests for human or veterinary use, for clinical, diagnostic or compounding use, or for incorporation into any product intended for human or animal use. PEPTAS does not accept an order in which the material is represented, specified or intended for use as an active pharmaceutical ingredient. Requests for resale or onward transfer outside the end user and destination identified in the accepted quotation are outside that scope and are declined. PEPTAS may decline any request without stating a reason.
Third-party rights.
PEPTAS may decline, suspend or cancel a request where information available to it indicates a material risk of infringement of a third-party right in Hong Kong or the destination territory. PEPTAS does not knowingly accept a request where its recorded material-and-territory review identifies a third-party-rights risk that has not been resolved, and may require evidence of a licence, authorization or another lawful basis. Request review is not a non-infringement opinion for the requester. A request framed by a third-party mark, originator product name or development code is not accepted as a sufficient material identity; PEPTAS may require a non-proprietary chemical identity and evidence of the requester's authority before deciding whether to proceed.
