Fatty-acid-modified peptide analogues

Sequences carrying a covalently attached fatty diacid chain, usually joined through a short linker at a lysine side chain. The modification changes molecular weight, solubility and handling relative to the unmodified sequence, so the formula shown for each item includes the attached chain and any counterion.
