CJC-1295 no DAC Structure
For Research Use Only – Not for Human or Veterinary Use
Product Summary
CJC-1295 no DAC (also known as Modified GRF (1-29), “mod GRF” or tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29)) is a 29-amino-acid analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone engineered for improved stability versus native GHRH(1-29)/sermorelin. The “no DAC” form retains four stabilizing substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, 27 but does not include the albumin-binding Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) found on CJC-1295 with DAC. These substitutions increase resistance to enzymatic cleavage and extend peptide half-life relative to unmodified GRF(1-29).

Potential Research Applications
- GH/IGF-1 Axis Physiology
- Characterize GHRH-receptor activation, pulsatile GH release, and downstream IGF-1 responses in pituitary systems and rodent models.
- Comparative Pharmacology
- Compare stability and signaling of CJC-1295 no DAC vs. native GRF(1-29)/sermorelin and CJC-1295 with DAC to delineate the contribution of tetrasubstitution and albumin-binding chemistry.
- Signal-Transduction Mapping
- Map cAMP/PKA and PI3K/Akt cascades following GHRH-R engagement; evaluate cross-talk with somatostatin and GHSR pathways.
- Bioanalytical Method Development
- Use as a reference analyte for LC-HRMS/MS method optimization and proficiency testing in peptide detection workflows (sports-doping and clinical-research labs).
